1. How many research studies can FPI's facility accommodate?

A:  FPI's research facility has been strategically designed to accommodate multiple tests simultaneously. There are four areas for qualitative work, and one large quantitative testing room. It's easily within the realm of possibility to be conducting five different testing scenarios at the same time. Plus, FPI has more than 20 testing spaces across the Twin Cities metro area to hold additional studies.

2.Can FPI conduct research tests outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area?

A:  Yes. FPI has a multitude of field affiliates located throughout the Unites States and into Canada.  A trained FPI field supervisor manages consumer research tests conduct outside the Twin Cities. Our field supervisors help ensure quality, standards and consistency.  All our field affiliates have specific agreements with FPI to adhere to FPI's standards and protocols for additional peace of mind and reliability.

7.How quickly can you execute and provide reporting on a consumer product research study?

A:  Sometimes time is of the essence to a successful consumer research test.  Most expedited research studies can be turned around within three weeks after the client has approved the research design.  In such cases, you can be assured your FPI team will provide you with:

10.  Can FPI provide a quality sample that accurately represents my target audience?

A:  FPI has an extensive consumer database that includes more than 115,000 registered adults and children.  From our consumer database, we can replicate any national demographic composition.  Strict past participation rules ensure that testers are not professionals and they they are naive to the research process.
