Jeffrey joined FPI in the role of Client Service Director in 2014. With over 8 years of experience in sensory and consumer research roles at Kraft Foods and MOM Brands, she is deeply experienced in multiple research methodologies.  Her sensory/consumer and instrumental research has been published in various journals including: Journal of Sensory Studies, Journal of Food Science, Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry, and Journal of Food Quality.

She is a member of the Society of Sensory Professionals and ASTM member, currently serving as Co-chair of the Sensory Instrumental Correlations task group.

A bit of interesting trivia about Jeffrey... very few people know that she is named after her mother, not her father!
